IF...UPS delivers to your door, a package or box that is visibly damaged...OPEN THE BOX IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER. This is a must!
You will need to get a damaged in shipment invoice from him and a number (electronic) and do not accept the box!
Call us immediately with the electronic number given to you by the carrier and we will issue a replacement item IF the item is damaged. Many times, the boxes and containers will be damaged but the items are packed super good and are not damaged at all.
There are cases where the item will need to be shipped back to us. Do so and your expense will be refunded to you. CALL US FIRST...
